All orders will be billed at the time they are received online. If there is a backorder or special order situation we must bill your credit card at the time of purchase in order to assure your placement in the ordering process.

All credit card transactions are subject to verification by the given billing address. If in case the billing address given does not match what your credit card company has on file you will be contacted by us either by email or by phone. We are not responsible for loss time in the ordering process due to non-verifying credit card information.

In stock orders ship within 24-48 hours. 

All Ground orders do not have a guaranteed transit time (3-7 business days is common) .

Camelback Toyota cannot guarantee to have every item in our catalog in stock, nor can we guarantee that the manufacturer will maintain availability of every part listed in our catalog. It could take up to 3-5 business days for some special order parts to ship out. Also some part numbers can change without notice when there is a product update from Toyota / Scion. 

All continental U.S. orders are shipped via Fed Ex delivery service.

Shipping is an estimate, there may be times shipping charges are insufficient. In such cases you will be notified either by phone or email.  

AZ Residents will pay an 9.3% state sales tax.

By entering and accepting the order process the buyer accepts responsibility for that order and it's receipt and payment. Credit cards are debited the exact amount shown in the order summary and will be charged.

We honor all concerns with the product we sell. We will replace any defective or damaged product that occurs during shipment. Any order placed will be shipped and the customers’ account debited, no exceptions. Prior authorization by management must be provided for any unusual circumstance and a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number provided to the customer.  All orders have a $3.00 handling charge regardless of being shipped or picked up via will call.  NO COUPONS per Toyota or our Service department will be eligible in conjunction with already discounted prices. Only valid coupon codes will be accepted when offered and are available through the http://partsfactory.camelbacktoyota.com/  Website.

We  must receive all returns within 30 calendar days of delivery of product. Any product not received within that period will be charged to the Customer until which time product is received.

The customer will be responsible for legal fees as a result of any transaction or account requiring legal action or collection by us.

INTERNET PRICE QUOTES ARE SUBJECT TO WILL CALL CHARGES. Walk-in customers will be charged standard walk-in list prices.
